Seems like Alexander's favorite toys are the ones with a lot of tags he can suck on (well, things that make noise too). Sounds like a Seinfeld bit:
(In Seinfeld's voice): "If the babies like that tags on the toys so much, why not make the toys out of the tags?!"

This is Laura Kelley's blog. She is the daughter of a lady I work with. She adopted the most adorable little boy from Ethiopia.
